| Zeilfelder Pumps, a Trademark of ASM DIMATEC Rotary lobe pumps, rotary piston and gear pumps by the specialists from Wolfsburg are now represented here in northern Germany technically competent by the engineering office Haupthoff-Lau. This rotary displacement pumps having running dry capability and self-priming are used for chemicals, pharmaceuticals, energy, marine, food, cosmetics and metallurgy. With pressures to 120 bar, temperature range up to 450 degrees and solids content to 90% these pumps are robust but also for product smooth operation! |

| Rainwater With the new water act from 1st of March, 2010 rainwater changes its direction. Instead of going straight from the gully into the canal it will in future be guided back directly to the natural water cycle on the property by drain pavements and drain hutches, will evaporate through green roofs or collected in cisterns and used as raw material. With the new water act from 1st of March, 2010 rainwater may no longer be mixed with wastewater. Priority has the proximity management of the precipitation. A relevant statutory is under preparation, the jurisdiction of the provinces has been transferred in this case to the federal government. |
| Drinking Water Drinking water becomes increasingly scarce for a growing world population. Due to climate change conventional natural resources are no longer available in sufficient amount. A problem whose solution the desalination of seawater is to contribute to. At the IFAT, the Worlds leading Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Waste and Raw Materials Management, taking place from 13th to 17th of September, 2010 in Munich (Germany), beside others a variety of seawater desalination plants are presented. According to information from the DME (Deutsche Meerwasser Entsalzung GmbH - German Seawater Desalination) it is expected that within the next 15 years more than 130 Billions EURO will be invested into worldwide seawater desalination. | ![]() |
